I am providing Same Day Apostille Services Apostille Service is for something that has to be notarized and sent to another country. It is verification that the notary public who notarized your document is in good standing with their commission. You and/or the notary have to go to the secretary of state to receive an official Apostille. It will have a gold seal on the left side, attached to your notarized document that you will send to the country needed. You will need an apostille for each document that was notarized. Official Definition from County Clerk: An apostille certifies the validity of an Illinois notary public, county clerk, circuit clerk or local registrar. This special certification is accepted by foreign countries as proof that specific documents are official.

Some people have been asking what is it that I do when I saythat I provide “document preparation and mobile notary services.” Well let me explain… Document preparation - I can prepare just about any documentfor you, mostly people ask for assistance with legal documents (i.e. divorcepackets, expungement packets, bankruptcy petition packets etc) but sometimesthere are other documents such as daycare application forms, or social securityforms, even resumes. Now pleaseunderstand that I am not providing this service to represent myself as anattorney as I am not an attorney/lawyer and I DO NOT provide LEGAL ADVICE orrepresentation in court and nothing I say or do can be construed as such. Mobile notary services - I am a commissioned notary publichere in COOK COUNTY IL ONLY. I go toyour home, office, neutral meeting place, hospital, nursing home even the cookcounty jail to notarize documents that need a verified signature. How am I able to verify it is yoursignature? You provide a validgovernment issued ID with your name, picture and signature on it (i.e.passport, driver’s license, state ID, military issued ID, etc). These documents could be legal, real estate, letters, etc. I also provide a variety of other services depending on theneeds of my clients. You need helpputting your business out there I can help (i.e. facebook, twitter, foursquare, low cost advertising), you need help finding a job I can help (electronicresumes, job leads, temp agencies), you need help trying to figure out how tofill out a job application I can help (some companies are requiring certainforms or your resume i.e. PDF format and/or Word format), need help findingservices to help you get back on your feet I can help (housing, counseling). My main goal is to help people in general. I know how it is to be confused by certainpaperwork during a trying time and it makes you frustrated, even more confusedso you do not want to deal with it especially when you ask someone for help andthey turn you away or refer you to someone else who then in turn says the samething and refers you to someone else. Ifyou want further information on how I can be of assistance to you or someoneyou know just inquire and I will be more than happy to answer your questions oreven set up an appointment, (877) 290-6255

ATTENTION ILLINOIS BUSINESS OWNERS - Corporate Scam Alert— A firm called Corporate Records Service is contacting Illinois businesses in an attempt to collect a $125 fee to fill out a corporation’s “Annual Minutes Records Form.” The Illinois Business Corporation Act does not require corporations to file a “Minutes Records Form” or pay such a fee with the state or any private entity. I am not an attorney therefore I cannot provide you with legal advice and/or representation in court therefore nothing stated here orotherwise can be construed as such. Please understand that all of the information I am providing you can find on your own as well. Question: What are myoptions in taking care of my debt? Answer: You have several options depending on your situation and what type of debt you are trying to take care of. 1. Pay it off for the full balance 2. Don't pay anything - take the risk of it being on your credit and being sued/collections/judgment. 3. Debt Consolidation - 5 years to pay your debt at a negotiated APR - you are paying back what you owe and then some just not at as high of an interest rate, and you run the risk of your accounts still showing up on your credit report as being paid late (because even though you are paying the debt consolidation company on time they may not be paying your creditor on time). 4. Debt Settlement - Negotiate with your creditors (you must be delinquent on your accounts for this to actually work). This is basically where you pay a fraction of what you owe (can vary depending on the account balance, type of account, etc.). It will affect your credit at first but once all accounts are settled your debt to income ratio will improve drastically. 5. Bankruptcy - depending on your circumstance will determine what chapter you need to file. Most common for individual debtors are a Chapter 7 (liquidation - all of your debt is discharged immediately. You do need to qualify for this by a meanst est) or Chapter 13 (re-organization - you pay back all/some of your creditors typically within 5 years). This will affect your credit however once the debts have been discharged/bankruptcy completed you will be getting offers from all types of credit card companies etc., because now you do not owe anybody. Bottom line is unless you are paying off the full balance on your debts it will affect your credit in one way or another for the time being, but eventually it will start to improve because now you have a zero balance at the end of the day. Julia’s Legal Services can help you with more information on how to settle your debt, how to dispute accounts on your credit report (if they are not yours or too old to be showing up) and document preparation for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Please call for a FREE consultation (877) 290-6255.
